3DMax Hotfix for 16 or more CPU cores start-up error (16核以上cpu启动max出错补丁)

The program error on start-up when using sixteen or more CPU cores has been fixed; also, all cores are now used.

当你使用的是16核cpu或者更多cpu的时候，如果你启动不了max，只需要更新下面的补丁就可以了，打完补丁之后所有cpu都用上了。

今天一位朋友的24核电脑安装max之后无法启动，在启动加载mentalray.dlz文件的时候就报错退出，无解。经过搜索之后发现autodesk之前已经更新过补丁可以修复这个问题，查找之后解决了。希望可以帮到更多的遇到这个情况的同学。
