Houses come with 2 LOD stages. LOD0 models have 1k-3k triangles while LOD1 models have usually around 100-300 polygons.
Textures contain specular data in the alpha channel plus a normal map up to 2048px. Many objects share the same textures to save texture memory. Houses are made from atlas textures to save draw calls.
