1) If you have previous version remove that folders first.
2) Place the content of the folders on each program folder.
Uncompress "To C4D Plugins Folder" to:
(Your C4D Folder)\plugins\MaxtoC4D
Uncompress "To 3DsMax Scripts Folder" to:
(Your 3Ds Max Folder)\Scripts\MaxToC4D
3) Open 3DsMax (if possible in Administrator mode)
You can find the button in 3DsMax customize toolbar Category: MaxToC4D
4) Use MaxToC4D_3.01_KeyGen.py import it with cinema 4d and paste the serial.
