The University offers a wide variety of training services: 16 programs of bachelor's, 7 master degree programs and 5 specialist training programs. Training programs are implemented in compliance with federal standards that set minimum requirements for the content of programs and the quality of education.
Since 2010, the State Educational Standards (GOS) have been replaced by federal state educational programs of higher professional education (FGOS VPO). Due to entry into force of the Federal Law "Education in the Russian Federation", the (FGOS VPO) standards are replaced (as approval and publication) with the standards FGOS VO 3+.
